I have a mid 60's (64?) Arrow camper PROJECT need of some rehab. It's not in horrible shape but Sat out with a couple of broken windows and no door for about a decade. It will require a near full rehab.

Since acquiring it I have sealed up the windows and put a makeshift door on it to help keep the weather/critters out best I could.
It does have some water damage and it seems to be mostly from when it was exposed because I have gone in it during a rain and did not notice visible, active leaks.

UPDATE: I parked this under a walnut tree and as a result the plastic roof vent has been beat to hell by walnuts so it does currently leak through the vent.

I had planned to gut it and turn it into a camper that I could just permanently park by my fire pit.
At one point I thought about a total restoration. I then considered a gut out and outfit with IKEA cabinets and a futon or two but time and money are not cooperating with that plan. However and I am considering selling it.

I have looked at what campers like this in similar condition are going for on facebook and honestly prices are all over the place.

First $500 takes it. I feel that that is a fair price as I can sell the stove, sink and gas lamps. on the secondary market, it has a steel roof (most vintage campers had aluminum) and aluminum siding both can easily go to the scrap yard leaving me with a decent frame to build into a nice utility trailer.

Located in stockbridge Michigan about 20 minutes north of Chelsea, 30 or so from Jackson or Lansing.

No title.

Will likely need to be moved on a trailer.

UPDATE: The reason I state that it should be moved on a trailer is that this is a 60 year old camper that was towed a SHORT distance to it's current location a few years ago BUT I have NO clue when the wheel bearings were last packed as again, it sat for a decade before I got it.

I did grab a couple of good used tires when I took possession but the rims are old and after a few years the tires are flat. Will they take air? Probably. Will they HOLD air? Your guess is as good as mine but I wouldn't trust them to take it home to Gaylord. It's not my call though. Once this leaves my property it's on you. Whatever you're comfortable with.
The wheels have a 4 lug pattern 3 1/2 on center and I am pretty sure that honda wheels from the 80's or 90's use the same. In fact, I think that the lighter colored wheel in the photos is a honda wheel.
The camper is 6 foot 6 & 1/2 inches wide and 14 foot from the rear bumper to the tounge which if I remember correctly is 2 inch.

Interest in this camper varies. I get 6-10 emails per week about it but only three people have come to see it in the last three months...

PLEASE Understand that this is NOT a ready to use 60 YEAR OLD CAMPER!

THIS IS A PROJECT.

Restored campers like this go for good money.

Please don't waste your time or mine asking stupid questions.

If the post is up, I still have the camper. If you are not looking for a project, then keep looking.

The posted photos are what you get. I am sick of taking photos.

If you want to see it in person let me know. I am unlikely to call or text you.

I won't give the address until I know you are coming.
