A nearly new travel trailer used only a few times. Original price was just over $29,000 not including the upgrades which cost an additional $1,275. The empty weight is less than 3500 pounds, so easier to tow. The dinette slides out. There is a queen size bed and the dinette converts to a bed. The bathroom has a shower with a skylight. The refrigerator runs on 120VAC or propane. There is a 3 burner stove and a microwave. The water heater runs on propane or electricity. There is a basement pass through storage, storage on both sides of the queen bed, above and below the bed, under the dinette seats, above and below the kitchen counter, and in the bathroom. There is a 100W solar panel on the roof which can keep the house battery charged while storing for the winter. There are two roof mounted fans, one in the bath and one in the kitchen area. There is a roof mounted AC unit. There is also an awning on the door side of the trailer.

Upgrades and additions including upgraded four leveling jacks with Rockman 26085 7,500 pound capacity jacks, added a rolling awning over the slide out, added an Lippert 283513 Power Tongue Jack and cover, added an antisway hitch, installed a high spout bathroom faucet, and installed a flip jack. I also will be including a Rhino 28-Gallon Portable Camper / RV Tote Tank - Features Large Heavy-Duty No-Flat Wheels; Built-In Gate Valve, plus a rear fender mounted rack for the tote.
