Two Shovels is a growing hardscape company specializing in patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. We’re hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman looking for a stable, well-paid, long-term role in this industry.
Pay & Benefits:
-$30/hour base pay
-Overtime pay during the busy season

The Role
-Lead a crew and manage daily jobsite operations
-Install patios, retaining walls, and hardscape features
-Operate skid steers, dingos, and mini excavators
-Read plans, track progress, and keep jobs on schedule
-Maintain quality, efficiency, and professionalism

Schedule & Location
-Monday–Friday, 10 hour days in season
