Balance Technology is looking for a Senior Lathe Programmer to take ownership of our Haas ST-28 cell. This is a 1st-shift, hands-on role in a clean, professional shop environment. You will handle the programming, setup, and troubleshooting for precision balancing components, collaborating directly with our engineering team to ensure quality and efficiency. This is a direct hire position.
THE ESSENTIALS
-- EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of senior-level CNC lathe programming and setup.
-- SOFTWARE: Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Mastercam
-- MACHINING: Mastery of G-code, live tooling, and high-precision setups. Must be capable of independent troubleshooting and editing at the controller.
--BLUEPRINTS: Ability to read complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
