Position Overview
The Skilled Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and delivering high-quality finishes on interior and exterior projects. Candidates should be experienced in residential and/or commercial painting and capable of working independently or as part of a crew.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $18–$25 per hour
Pay based on experience, skill level, and reliability

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Perform interior and exterior painting projects
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas during work
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred
Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
Experience with drywall repair and surface preparation is a plus
Ability to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
