We are currently hiring experienced painters and drywall teams crews for immediate work
Painters must have own transportation to and from job assignments.
Painters must have own equipment
Must have knowledge in use of spraying and rolling
We are also hiring Maintenance teams to do turn apartments
scope of work includes but not limited to
changing blinds-
changing locks-
replacing light bulbs
reinstalling light switch and outlet covers-
etc,...
We pay flat rate pricing per job for painting and maintenance
this is not an hourly job pay is per unit painted or maintenance
