ESTABLISHED CUSTOM BUILDER HIRING ROUGH AND FINISH CARPENTERS (Ann Arbor)
LEAD CARPENTERS WANTED
We are an Ann Arbor construction company who have been in the business for over 42 years. We are highly regarded for our professionalism, attention to detail, customer satisfaction, and repeat clientele. Our projects range from simple remodels, to whole house remodels, additions, new houses, basements, and commercial construction.
Our employees are highly compensated, team oriented, experienced, have well- rounded skills, and provide excellent customer service.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Complete small to large remodeling and home improvement projects
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, inspectors and subcontractors
• Complete daily job sheets, PO’s and time cards
• Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
• Skilled Carpenter Rough and /or Finished with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic and self-starter
• Must have comprehensive set of tools
• Reliable Transportation
• Team player
What you will receive:
• Salaries range between $28 to $40 per hour – and up, depending on experience.
