E200 scooter one speed / hand brake / excellent condition with exception of a few scratches on the sides of the deck frame from setting it down on concrete. With charger and instructions. Have kept charged regularly and avoided storing in below freezing temps. Tires inflated to 36 PSI. Very limited use. Best offer.
