This VINTAGE electronic flash card set is pretty neat. It asks the child to find the letter and slide it into the slot, and then when they do, calls for another letter! I thought it might be too difficult for younger children and then we realized there are 3 modes for the child to learn with, and I was right!

Teach - Insert a card into the card reader to hear the letter, plus a related word and fun sound.

Test - Listen to the question. Find the card with the correct letter and insert it into the card reader.

Tickle - Insert any card into the card reader to create your own musical “letter rap.” Basically, it’s a jaunty little tune reminiscent of early Nickelodeon. It’s not a real rap but it is definitely good for younger kids getting the hang of the process.

Perfect for small hands, the machine is approximately 4” x 3 ½” x 1” and the cards are approximately 3” x 2 ½”.

Boxed for shipping, this weighs 12 ozs. and measures 10” x 4” x 4.”
