This was found in Nana's Present room after she passed. That's where she kept loads of toys, clothes and general stuff that the grandkids might like, need or want. And that room was packed. Opening the closet itself was a danger in case things started falling from the shelves. Yet I find myself in awe of the range of items Nana had, ‘just in case.’
These horses, Black and Gray were found in the present room, buried in the closet. The gray horse worked fine but we couldn’t get the black one to work.
We ended up taking it apart with a seam ripper, replacing the battery pack, and then sewing it back up. As you can see in the video, she works well.
We have lowered the price because the ear switch is a little hard to turn on. Seriously, a kid can get it working in two minutes. Basically, you push up and the right. So, instead of up and down, think of a clock and push it to ‘2 o’clock’.
With a brand new battery case, this should outlast any kids. But, if it does stop, we think replacing the ear switch would be easier and quicker than what we did. Well, we had to as the battery pack was missing the door that holds in the batteries. But you get our point.
We lowered the price to compensate for the learning time to getting the switch to work when you want it to. : )
