This was found in Nana's Present room after she passed. That's where she kept loads of toys, clothes and general stuff that the grandkids might like, need or want.
This appears to be NEW and UNUSED. This is the hardcover version which has beautiful illustrations. Inside the thick glossy paper should easily withstand the excited game players.
This is a 1991 Parents’ Choice winning book!
There are 15 games, with accompanying boards, spanning the world AND 6000 years. That’s some staying power.
Attached to the spiral binding is a plastic zippered pouch which has NOT yellowed with age. We were going to count the pieces, but when we went to tug the zipper down, it didn’t easily move. We didn’t want to force the issue. That made us pretty sure this really was NEW.
The book itself is in excellent condition. We see no damage or markings. There is a dent in the back lower center cover which looks dark in the picture but is just a shadow from the dent. That’s all we see wrong.
Boxed for shipping, this weighs under 2 lb 7 oz and measures 12” x 12” x 3”.
