I'm graduating this May, and looking to sublet my room in a 3-BDR furnished house near Packard & Division. The lease ends August 31, with the option to sign a new lease with the landlord starting Sept 1.

Sublet Dates: Start date is flexible, but ideally would be between May 5 and June 1. The lease term ends on August 31, at which point you could opt to sign a new lease to stay for another year.

The Room: The bedroom is on the 2nd floor. It has 2 windows facing North and East, and gets GREAT light, especially in the morning. The room will be furnished with a bed, table, and shelving. There is a small walk-in closet.

The House: The rest of the house is furnished and shared with 2 roommates, both graduate students who are very low-key and quiet and looking for the same. There's a large living room, separate dining room and kitchen with a gas stove and brand new dishwasher. Theres a washer and dryer in the basement, as well as a huge area for storage. The house has a small backyard and previous tenants kept a vegetable garden, so if you have a green thumb, there's space for you. There is a central A/C system, but the house stays cool in the summer so it isn't needed often.

Location: The house is near Packard & Division, and is a 5 min walk from the Law School, and a 7 min walk to Central Campus and Downtown. It's close to multiple UMich and Ann Arbor bus routes, and easy to get almost anywhere in Ann Arbor.

Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spots for the house and I am currently the only driver, so if you have a car, the space will be yours.

Rent is currently: $533.00 per month. It will go up to $560 in September with a new lease. Utilities in the summer are about $25-$40 each, and include electricity, gas, water and Wi-Fi.

Also, the landlord for this house and a few of the neighboring houses is probably one of the best landlords I've ever had. It's a family business, and he is extremely responsive whenever there is an issue. We've gotten a few upgrades in appliances while living here, and he even hosted a potluck for all of the tenants in September.

If you are interested, the best times to see the house and meet the roommates is Monday & Wednesdays, and Weekends.
