The unit is in a house in the Burns Park neighborhood and includes a full private bathroom, in-window air conditioning, a private entrance leading up to a large wooden deck, one free designated parking space in the back, trash/recycling pick-up, a shared washer/dryer in the basement, and a large backyard. The unit does not include a dishwasher. The unit will be unfurnished, although I am open to leaving some furniture/items behind for the duration of the subleasing term if needed/desired.
The house is about a 20-25 minute walk from the Diag/main campus, a 30 minute walk from the medical campus and downtown Ann Arbor, and a few minutes to campus & Ann Arbor bus stops on Packard St. The neighborhood is mostly families, and in my experience is very quiet.
