My roommates and I are studying abroad for the winter semester and are looking for 1-4 people to take over our lease at Landmark(1300 S University). It’s 4 bed/2 bath, super close to campus, and has in unit laundry. Downstairs amenities include study rooms, gym, and outdoor terrace with a hot tub! We pay 1660, and are asking 850 (but very open to negotiation), and lease term can be any time frame within January-August 2025. Move in as early as December 18th with December rent paid!!
