1 Bedroom Sublease Available! My name is George, and I'm a junior at the University of Michigan. I am going abroad in Winter 2026, and my house has an open room for sublease for Winter 2026 for males. This large bedroom is in it's own corner of the house with a shared bathroom and individual sinks. The sublease dates are flexible but ideally January through May/June 2026. The house is an 8-minute walk to Ross, 2 minute walk to campus gym and hockey arena, and a 10 minute walk to basketball arena. The room is fully furnished with dresser, bed, closet, desk, lights, windows, and nightstand. House Perks: in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, each roommate gets their own sink, porch with seating, large kitchen with brand new gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. All my roommates are clean, kind, and respectful.
