️ Layout: 4 bed/4 bath on the 13th Floor High Rise*You will be in a private bedroom, a private bathroom with a bathtub; the living room and the kitchen are shared, but (as of now) it is unlikely that there will be other roommates in the suite over the summer.
Move-in: Around May 9, 2026 (flexible); Move-in can not be on a Sunday.
Lease ends: July 31, 2026
Rent: Originally $1,718 → Now $1,200/month (negotiable) *There is a one-time relet fee of $650, but I will pay the $650, so you don’t have to worry about it!
The bedroom and living room get great natural light with amazing views. The location is super convenient for both transportation and daily life. You’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bubble tea shops, grocery stores, and CVS/Walgreens near the apartment, all within a ~2-minute walk.
Most Central Campus academic buildings (e.g., North Quad, South Thayer, MLB, Mason Hall) are about a 3 to 5 minute walk, and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to Weiser Hall, East Hall, Ross School of Business, Law Quad, and both libraries (Shapiro and Hatcher).

I didn't pay for parking, so the monthly rent does not include parking. However, if parking is needed, you can contact the leasing office for details, as there is an on-site garage. I also don't have pets, but the apartment is pet-friendly in case you do have a furry friend!
