Its a 1079 sq foot unit and has a small fenced in area in the back (15 by 25 ft). They allow pets but charge a $30 monthly fee. The townhome complex has ample parking and you're able to park right in front of the unit. Its situated at the corner of Miller and Maple Rds (caddy corner from the Speedway, and just under a mile south of Skyline High School). Its close enough to get to downtown by bike or bus but far enough out to avoid event/gameday traffic. Rent is $2000 a month. See link below:

We're subletting starting today (Thursday, March 12th) through the end of our current lease on August 13th. There will be an option to sign a year lease at that point (likely with a small increase in rent but still very competitive for the A2 rental market).
