It's a 2 bed/1 bath floor of a rental house - I estimated the square footage but I don't know exactly, haha. You'll have your own room that I'd estimate is around 425 sf. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bike room/foyer. This would be a 6-month sublease available NOW through 5/31/26; you could renew w/ a new roommate (or solo) after that point if you're interested!
I'm okay with people on the messier side (if you're an extreme neat freak, this is probably not the best rental for you).
