Position: Benefit Coordinator (Full-Time)

As a Benefit Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping our union and association members secure their financial future by enrolling them in their permanent benefits. You'll work closely with our members, guiding them through the enrollment process with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
-Assist union and association members in enrolling for their permanent benefits.
-Conduct appointments to guide members through the enrollment process.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure member satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
-Ability to work full-time and manage appointments efficiently.
-Access to a smartphone and a computer meeting the following specifications:
-16 GB RAM or greater.
-i5 processor or greater.
-Proficiency in using Zoom for meetings.
-Willingness to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License (Paid training provided after licensed).
