You will have Two rooms upstairs, along with one private bathroom...One bedroom comes furnished with bed and dresser and other bedroom has been used as an office and has a desk and chair, however you can use your own furniture.
Your rent includes all utilities, gas, electric and water, hi speed wi-fi comcast.. No other expenses. House is five bedrooms two bathrooms 2 floors house has 1900 sq. feet.
Kitchen is shared along with laundry. The yard is spacious, .and plenty of parking.... Roommate must be a non-smoker, …, and have a list of references.
Open to all and any progressive minds, LGBTQ+ friendly... Rent is month to month 3 month minimal and security deposit is one month.
