Looking for someone who loves dogs and chickens. This is a 4 bedroom home. Wanting to rent to a female professional or student. Renting a furnished room with use of kitchen, bathroom, driveway, and space for a garden. There are two other bathrooms, a family room, kitchen and attached garage. As long as you are ok with where the heat and air conditioning are set; no extra cost for electricity and gas. If there are lots of extra things that you are running; maybe we come up with what cost that would be.
My children are grown. I'm a lady who is very active...skiing, ballroom dance, kayaking, traveling etc. I have standard poodles, chickens, ducks and a cat. They are very friendly.
Looking for someone who is happy, responsible, clean and neat. I travel a lot and would like someone I could pay to take care of the dogs and chickens sometimes. $20 off rent each day you are taking care of both.
