Roommates are a couple in their 30s and golden retriever dog. One works hybrid the other in person. We will have friends over from time to time but generally the house is quiet. Hobbies include rock climbing, gardening, cooking, live music, and crochet/crafts. The yard has a hammock stand, fire pit, and several perennial beds.

Rent is $1050 and average share of utilities around $100/month
