House: The house is fully furnished and includes a spacious living room and dining room, well-supplied kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and covered porch. There's central air, too :) No pets, unfortunately. Location is right by downtown and a 15 minute walk to UM Central Campus.
Room: mid-sized room on the second floor with nice natural light and large closet, partially furnished or unfurnished.
Roommates: We are two graduate students, both women, in our late 20s/early 30s. We are quite busy and spend a good amount of time on campus and working from home, but also like to chat in the kitchen or watch some TV together in the living room. Overall vibes are friendly and low-key.
Rent is $825/month/room + utilities. Security deposit is $1,237.50.
