$800 Room in large shared house - Walkable to UM Medical Center/downtown (Northside, Ann Abor)

The room has lots of sunlight and storage space, and can come furnished with a mattress, box spring, and desk if needed. On the first floor there is a shared bathroom and living room, and in the basement there is another common space, shared bathroom, and kitchen that will be the primary cooking/food storage space available for our new housemate.
The house also has a large backyard with a deck, adjoining woods, bike shed, and is very close to the U of M Medical Center, Argo park, downtown, and North Campus, with great walking and biking routes close by.
Rent is $720/month, and the total monthly cost fluctuates between $780-$820 with utilities and internet (closer to $820 in the winter, and $780 in the summer). There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement and driveway space is available for parking.
