The house is located in Ann Arbor, at 1021 Fountain Street, between Miller Avenue and Sunset Drive (Water Hill). Close to UM main campus, bus routes, parks, Kerrytown, Downtown, restaurants, and all the great things Ann Arbor has to offer.
The owner lived in this house for 7 years and was always concerned with it being in pristine condition and to this day he is still very attentive to the home. They recently remodeled the main bathroom of the home and repainted the interior as well. The home also had new hardwood floors installed in April 2019.
I am looking for either students or young professionals to take this room and I would prefer leases be at least one year. The four other tenants are ages 25-35 and are kind, clean, and considerate.
