I am a late 30s, nope now early 40s, gay man who splits his time between this home and NYC. I am looking for people who enjoy socializing when they have time (euchre?), and are cognizant of the needs of others. I use a chore list that rotates each week, with fines from those who don't do their chore going to whoever picks up the extra chore.

Details:
There are a total of 3 bedrooms for rent, 1.5 baths. I will be there around ~10% of the time, if that. When I visit I may bring my dog with me. Note that when I visit I will take over the study at night for sleeping.
The house is located near the UofM commuter bus, and the AATA 24, 25, 64 and 28A/B
Heat/electric is shared on top of rent and runs from 35 during the spring/fall to 85 in the cold of winter
High speed internet is optional at 15/month
Parking is not included, but readily available on the street
Any dog must have papers to show it is current on all vaccinations
Leases can either be 6 months or 1 year
Prospective tenants must have a minimum of 700 credit score or have a co-signer who meets the credit score requirement. Co-signers are only accepted for students or recent (<3 years) graduates. With the exception of students and recent graduates, prospective tenants must have a stable work history and be able to demonstrate an income of 3x the rent.
