We need a team player to join our office staff. The service dispatcher provides customer service to homeowners over the phone. This position requires a person with great attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, multi-tasking abilities, and computer skills.
Responsibilities include: answering multi-line phone, scheduling and dispatching appointments, ordering parts, data entry, scanning, filing and other general office work.
- Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
- Quickbooks preferred, but not required
- HVAC industry knowledge preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of southeastern Michigan geography
