I’m Seeking EXPERIENCED Concrete Flooring Repair Pro to Re-Floor my FIRST FLOOR den, hallway and bathroom of 261 sqft. for installation of DRIcore sub-flooring with a top laminated flooring. The Floor previously had grout injected under the floor to fill any voids. Recently had a EXTREMELY POOR Self-Leveling Job done by Inexperienced & Pushy Contractors "Zeke Ajdarpasic" (734) 313-7083 who lied about their qualifications & professional experiences.
The Flooring Gig would include the following:
1) Grind Down any High points (You supply your own CONCRETE FLOOR GRINDER and Wet/Dry Vacuum)
2) PROPERLY Level the Floor with self Leveling mud.
3) With the Installation of DRIcoore sub-flooring and top laminated flooring on the Level Floor, I should be able to open my door to the garage!!!!!! Otherwise the floor is still to HIGH!!!!
I will supply all material, you supply labor and TOOLS. "IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY TOOLS, YOUR NOT EXPERIENCE.
Will only Pay $450 when job is complete SUCCESSFULLY!
If your perform an Excellent Leveling job on my Den Floor, I would give GREAT consideration in having you install my DRIcore sub-floor for additional $400 and Laminated Flooring for and additional $650 !!!
Note: Believed I Purchased Much of all the required Materials to complete the Job. Work can began immediately. My Home is located in Ypsilanti, MI!!!! BE LOCAL!!!!! BE HONEST!!!!!!!!!!!
