Looking for dependable help on a private 5-acre property with a variety of ongoing projects. Work includes lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, and helping with residential construction projects. Addition will be started this summer.
This is a hands-on position with lots of variety. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn construction skills, or just looking for flexible side income.
Pay:
$20/hour cash for general labor
Skilled carpenters and tradespeople are encouraged to reach out with their experience and desired rate. Plenty of different types of things.
Work May Include:
Mowing and property maintenance
Landscaping and cleanup
Material handling
Framing and construction assistance
General labor and miscellaneous projects
Flexible schedule. Hours can vary depending on project needs and your availability.
