What You’ll Do Prep, prime, and finish interiors/exteriors (brush, roll, spray)
Cut clean lines, patch drywall, caulk, very minor carpentry
Maintain clean, safe job sites; daily set-up & tear-down
Work solo or in 2–3 person crews on homes
Requirements 3+ years professional painting experience (references required)
Own reliable transportation + basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, 5-in-1, etc.)
Comfortable on ladders
Detail-oriented, punctual, professional appearance
