Position: Light Duty Maintenance Technician
Location: Ypsilanti, MI
Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, Full-Time
Weekly Pay – Immediate Hiring!
What You’ll Do:
-Climbing ladders for maintenance tasks
-Ceiling tile and light fixture replacement
-Basic painting and drywall repair skills
-Basic plumbing tasks
-Basic HVAC system upkeep including filter changes and motor maintenance
-General equipment maintenance and repair
-Lawn care and snow removal as needed
-Routine housekeeping duties and other assigned tasks
-Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
