The primary responsibility of this role is to receive and check in test equipment sent in by customers prior to service. This includes verifying items upon arrival, accurately documenting equipment details, and ensuring all information is correctly entered into our internal system. This position may require back up driving duties. A clean driving record and valid drivers license required.
Key responsibilities include:
Receiving and logging incoming test equipment
Verifying and documenting equipment details and condition
Accurately entering data into internal tracking systems
Supporting smooth workflow between intake and technical service teams
This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and comfort working with systems and structured processes.
