This beautiful German crystal bell by Mikasa will call your family to Christmas dinner with a lovely, musical tinkling sound. The delicate crystal/glass clapper is on a silver chain, and that’s what gives it a pleasing tone when you ring it.
Also, please note: the color of the gold stars on the front of the bell are the color of the bottom star. We think the top is reflecting something I’m wearing. When you look at the back of the gold stars, where the label is, they are NOT that red/burnt orange of the picture. They are the same gold as the front but there is a tiny bit of red in them. Not that scary color, but like a hint. We think it needs to be polished, but we are not sure of what to do and don’t want to mess it up.
Our box says Golden Stars, but it doesn’t look like some of the others that are listed. Also, the paper at the bottom of the box was surrounding the clapper so it wouldn’t break.
The shaker is 3” x 3” x 6” tall. Boxed for shipment, it weighs 1 lb 2 ozs and measures 8” x 7” x 5” tall.
