This beautiful silver angel was found with Nana’s possessions after she passed and was, sadly, never used.
We did open the box so we could verify its condition and to take pictures.
This is in its original, clear, plastic box. Inside is decorative white angel-hair-esque material, to give the feeling of clouds and the heavens. There is an off-white ribbon that is used for hanging your angel on the tree and a similar ribbon the holds the box closed. The angel is silver, with no sign of tarnish or rust. Truly beautiful condition.
There is a lovely saying etched into the angels’ dress, very reminiscent of an Irish blessing. “Good women – may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.”
Boxed for shipping, she weighs 12 ozs and it measures 9” x 7” x 2”.
