ATTN FILM GEEKS VTG Time Life Bwana Devil 1st 3D Horror/Adventure Film - $10 (Ann Arbor)

These were a gift which were never used and were recently found after being in storage for decades.
This Time Inc. potholder set was designed to celebrate a bit of film history, which was the first full length 3D film, called Bwana Devil. Bet you thought that was just an old person joke. Nope, it was a B film from 1952.
There is a set of cork backed placemats that match this on Etsy under this title “Kitsch Art, Retro Art, Strange Art, Eccentric Art, Oddball Art, 3D Glasses Art, Odd Art, Odd Wall Art, Funky Art, 50s Art, Kitsch Wall Art” and are priced for $52.
That listing says the placemats were the 1970s, but somehow I think this is later, like late 1980s or 1990s. Again, can't find in depth info anywhere, so please take this date at a suggestion, but not written in stone.
We couldn’t find one recent sale of these potholders; which either makes us incompetent, or this is really, really, really rare.
A perfect gift for your cinephile. Too bad we didn’t find this earlier as the Oscars are today.
