This electric scooter seems to be in good condition. One battery hold a charge ,The other has 9.6 so will not charge. In my opinion, it needs a new battery. The battery is UB12350 and can be purchased on Amazon for under 100 bucks. that is why I have it listed at $400. In my opinion you’ll have a great scooter for under 500.
Four wheels for better stability and going through things. comes apart in several pieces for easy loading in their trunk or back your truck or however, you choose to.
