We are only the second owners.
Fits 3 adults comfortably as a sofa and 4 if you squish.
Fold out bed sleeps 2.
Some gentle wear (see pictures for details) mostly to the back so if you are putting against a wall they aren't noticeable.
Pillows, back cushions and bottom cushions all have removable covers to wash.
It is very heavy to move. I had someone with furniture straps that went under the couch help me get it in and we are in pretty good shape but struggled. Would suggest at least 2 other strong people to help move it if you are serious about buying.
Happy to help carry it to a vehicle at pick up for loading.
This is a household with 1 cat so if you have allergies best to skip.
80" wide, 30" tall (to back of couch, back cushions go up to about 39") 39" deep as couch. In bed form the depth is 90"
