• No smoke, some cat hair that we will lint roll off before pickup but no scratches, gouges, tears, spills, or funny smells and backs are also in great condition!
• 100% structurally sound, so can be used as is but will find best use after getting cushions and cushion fabrics recovered, after which sets like this go on the market starting at $4K!!
