This couch is in excellent condition, I just got another one and don’t need it anymore. It has had a slipcover on it every day since I bought it new. Slipcover comes with the couch. Pick up is on the west side of Ann Arbor, on a second floor apartment, so bring help to carry it downstairs. Dimensions are as follows:
7’8” long (arm to arm)
3’4” deep (on shorter side & middle, not chaise-5’5” deep on that side)
2’1” tall (ground to top of back cushion)
