It’s a bit dusty. Remodeling my apartment and did not cover it since I planned on throwing it away. It is a pull out but the pull out mattress has been thrown out. This was purchased by my tenant so I have no info on this. She does appear to have pets.
I live on the second floor and can help you move it down the stairs, but this will require two people.
