This a boutique design, there are only 4-5 of it’s kind in the world.
The design is inspired by a rug (called “kuşlu halı” - “rug with birds”) from 14.-15. century in Middle Anatolia, which is currently displayed in the Stockholm Museum.
It’s made out of wool from New Zealand, which was spun into yarns in Izmir, Tutkey and the rug is woven in Manisa, Turkey. It’s dyed in Afyon, Turkey with completely natural dyes.
