My mom loved using this Streamer to listen to TV with her hearing aids. We could also listen using the TV speaker or sound bar at the same time as my mom was listening through her hearing aids. The Streamer can be connected to a TV or any audio source using the Digital Optical cable (included) or with RCA cables. Audio is Dolby Digital Stereo.
