Casita camper for sale in the greater Grayling area. I have had this on my up north property as guest quarters for about 7 years and it only saw about 15-20 nights of use, so I am selling it. Interior is still in near pristine condition. It's on a dirt road property and the outside needs a power washing. Willing to negotiate if you do the exterior cleaning and replace the tires. I pulled it last fall about 30 miles and it was ok but the tires are old and need to be replaced. Dometic fridge stopped working
