Aventura restaurant in downtown Ann Arbor is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team! Aventura, part of SavCo Hospitality, offers an exciting Spanish tapas menu and acclaimed paella in a beautiful setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-level kitchen and learn the craft of Spanish cuisine.

We are looking for a hands-on leader to help with ordering, scheduling, staff training, menu development, quality control, and hands-on assistance on the line and expo.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company and one of the most exciting restaurant groups in Southeast Michigan. SavCo Hospitality is the restaurant group behind some of the most consistently flourishing restaurants in downtown Ann Arbor, Sava's, Aventura, and Wilma's, and our fourth, Dixboro House, is on its way.
