Offered for Sale is a Philips- 42fd9954/17s 42" Monitor. I utilized this as an oversized play screen for video games and worked fine and then one day, when I fired it up, it did not work. The green light on the front simply stayed red and blinked very fast. Talking with some techies they said that it probably needs a small capacitor on the motherboard. While I'm not a techie myself .. .I know this has lots of life for someone that does have the tinkering skills to get this up to speed. .. . . .. this would make a terrific screen for building a Virtual Pinball machine . .. as it is plasma and would be heavy duty for a usage like that . . .I have the remote control with batteries and the power cord.
It was utilized as a mounted approach so I do not have a base for it.
The website link below should have all the "specs" in terms of size, etc.
