Looking for someone local near Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti to help get a rental home in Ann Arbor cleaned up and ready to lease.
Tasks include:
Putting trash in cans on Mondays to have at curb by Tuesday;
Cleaning;
Painting;
Cleaning out dryer vent;
General check of house systems (test water, furnace, AC, TV, etc);
Outdoor cleanup and light landscaping;
Cement patch small areas.
The work may be sporadic and may need to be done in segments (i.e., remove trash on Monday, clean on Tuesday, painting another day or week, etc.) Must have experience with painting, attention to detail and ability to work alone to get things done. Requires a phone with camera so we can do Facetime calls and you can send pictures of various tasks when done.
