These are outstanding 10" military combat / hiking / hunting boots, built tough in the USA to last a LONG TIME! The soles are non-marking, so it's safe to walk on the kitchen floor. In fact, the soles are replaceable, so if you ever do manage to wear them out, you don't have to give up the nice boots you have spent years breaking in, you just have the cobbler put on new soles.
Designed for hot desert weather, they have grommets to release moisture, with every step you take. The bottoms are suede leather, and the tops are Cordura nylon. They are designed to be mildew resistant, so don't worry if you take them off at the end of the day, and they are a bit sweaty!
These also make GREAT WORK BOOTS for construction workers in the warm weather. The Cordura sides allow moisture to escape, keeping you that much cooler. They are SOFT TOED boots, but the leather is plenty thick to ward off glancing blows.
