Rube entertainers Smith and Lavour / Marathon Oil - grouping of collectibles from the life of Ernie Smith and his daughter - 1928 caricature of Ernie - 1935 caricature NFDA ( National Funeral Directors Association ) - another caricature in scrapbook ( no date ) - tin type that could be Ernie ? - scrapbooks with many pictures - James Madison's Star Comedy jokes - brochures of The Comedian 1- 4 - copies of Ernie's jokes skits - pictures of Erie's other beautiful daughter that passed at 20yrs old - approx. 60 large photos of Ernie and his daughter - approx. 40 copies of ( Howdy Folks Marathon Oil cards - ( see pics ) - Ernie worked for Marathon Oil later in life and did many shows / fairs in Northwestern Ohio ( many great pics ) - birth certificates - death certificates - personal cards - very rare and unique grouping - reduced located in Oregon, Ohio - thank you and enjoy!
