These two 100+ year old New Years postcards are very neat.
The first one uses a hot air balloon to celebrate the new year of 1908. It was postmarked Dec. 27, 1907, and sent from Chicago to an address in Muskegon, MI.
The second one, celebrate New Years 1911, is a. bit more traditional. It has a small chunk missing in the lower left corner, but it has no effect on the art. It features a rustic home during sunrise. The inner art is surrounded by holly.
Theresa planned on sending it to William, but it didn’t happen. So sad.
