These three original photos came from an estate in western Michigan, so I’m guessing there from the area.
The first one is of a deer strung up on a buck pole. Back then, there weren’t as many deer downstate as there are now. The photo measures 5 3/4 x 3 1/2. There’s a very faint crinkle in the upper left, but it doesn’t affect the graphics.
The second photo shows three guys ready for the hunt. It measures 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches. It’s in pretty good shape and has “1949” marked on back.
The third photo is a fishing photo and is also the oldest one of the three. At the bottom are the words “Just Leaving Camp “Muskrat Landing.” Also the date “1920 is on the bottom right. The photo measures 5 3/8 x 3 1/2 inches.
Please excuse the makeshift watermarks, but—unfortunately—has people “borrow” my originals to make copies.
